O nas – historia

Powstanie firmy PPH Rol-Pex to rok 1990. Tradycja rodzinna w branży papierniczej wg legendy opisanej w rysie historycznym Sanktuarium M.B. Bolesnej w Świętej Wodzie sięga roku 1716. Zapoczątkował ją Bazyli Samotyja zwany też papiernikiem – dzierżawca Supraskiej papierni. Bazyli Samotyja Lenczewski na starość stracił wzrok, ale dzięki stawiennictwu Matki Bożej odzyskał wzrok. W podzięce postawił kapliczkę, którą poświęcił w 1719 roku abp unicki Kiszka. Dziś w tym miejscu jest Sanktuarium M.B. Bolesnej w świętej Wodzie.

Naszą działalność rozpoczęliśmy od wydzielonego pomieszczenia w piwnicy w budynku mieszkalnym. Na początku nabyliśmy używaną maszynę drukarską Romyor 313 oraz nową gilotynę k-67. Zatrudnialiśmy 3 pracowników. Lata działalności pozwoliły na zmianę sprzętu i profilu działalności. Obecnie firma mieści się w nowym budynku z nowoczesnym usprzętowieniem offsetowym i cyfrowym. Zatrudniamy wielokrotnie więcej pracowników z właściwym przygotowaniem zawodowym, szkolimy uczniów na stanowiskach sprzedawca, introligator i drukarz.

Profil działalności to druk offsetowy, cyfrowy, introligatorstwo, produkcja kartonów i opakowań jednorazowych. Jednocześnie prowadzimy sprzedaż hurtową art. z własnej produkcji oraz art. biurowych, szkolnych, zaopatrzeniowych, chemii gospodarczej, etc.

Obszar działalności to przede wszystkim Nowa sól, teren bliższy i dalszy w Polsce oraz Niemcy i Wielka Brytania. Drukarnia Rol-Pex jest jedną z kilku drukarni mieszczących się w Nowej Soli, ale jednocześnie jedną z dwóch drukarni niskonakładowych i małogabarytowych. Ma pozycję lidera i jest znana w tym rejonie.
